The Challenge
Jason, the owner of Comfort to Raw, was co-owner of a very successful restaurant in downtown Toronto. When he found that it was time for him to move on, he knew he wanted to work with a team that would challenge him, that he would be able to strategize with, and that he could rely on to help him build his Comfort to Raw dream.
Project Execution
The KNSS Team worked closely with Jason and the Comfort to Raw team to plan and execute a re-branding exercise, create sales ads, update the company website, and succeed in the logistics of the transition through on-going business consulting.
Project Results
Currently, Comfort To Raw is building three revenue models: catering, coaching and a fast-casual restaurant. We have completed the branding and sales ads, and continue to work closely with Comfort to Raw’s team to help them reach their goals.
