Put My System to the Test!

I have been doing talks and presentation more frequently over the past few  months.  One question keeps coming up which is really made me think.

“Show me your system works!”

That has really got me thinking I have some great testimonials on my website. Worked with a few clients to really help me build my programs to where they are today.  But I have not shown  the results other then with myself.

I have recently decided I want to work with 1 person and 1 person only who is willing to make the lifestyle changes (nutrition, exercise, sleep, hydration…etc) to help them reach their health goal. The person who is selected will go through a full assessment, given a baseline on where their health is at the start and we will track their progress all the way through. As well I will be posting it on this blog so people can track the progress.

If you know someone who has health issues, would like to lose weight (more then 20lbs of weight loss), has type 2 diabetes, digestive issues…etc

Have them e-mail me their story and why they would like me to help them. The person who needs benefit the most and is willing to make the changes, as well have their information posted(their name, story, weight, measurements and before and after picture)  on this blog. I will contact them directly.

This is not a gimmick to sell a supplement…etc I am going to work with this person on how to change their eating habits, sleeping, lifestyle changes, build energy, reduce stress, teach them how to exercise properly, work with food sensitivities…etc.  To be 100% honest with you my goal is to prove that the system I use of Metabolic Typing, Exercise Program Design and Lifestyle Changes can really change someone’s health. That’s my goal

    Are you going to do this for free? I am a single mom who needs to lose about 100 lbs

      Depending on what the person requires, I was planing on doing it for free, but if there’s test that need to be done like sensitivity test then the fee’s for those would apply.

      Like I said I want this to be more of a public study showing people how Holistic Lifestyle coaching really works and how it can help people with their health challenges.
