Since I was 7 years old I have had paranormal experiences. I have been on a life long journey on how to work with energy. When I was 14 years old I started to take martial arts which really started opening up my energy. I took Tai Chi and started to learn how to mediate. Years later I started to experience more paranormal experiences especially when I started to work as a security officer. I finally got connected with the Rocky Mountain Mystery School, now know as The Modern Mystery School. With the new energies coming in and more people becoming aware of the paranormal activities. We are seeing an increase of people openly telling their story of experiencing ghostly activity. One of the questions we constantly get ask is how do we get rid of ghosts. In this article I will be discussing what to do if you experience ghostly activity, how to cleanse yourself, and how to clear your home. First don’t freak out. I know it’s easier said then done, but if you can stay calm when you are experiencing something you will be able to discern what is really going on. When our 6 senses can not explain what is happening our intuition and are 6 senses heighten. Which can make the experience seem a lot worse. That is why it’s good to breath and relax. If you feel you need to leave and collect yourself do that.

- Get angry quickly which is out of your normal mannerisms
What you need to know to start out with, is that when you have mild activity which is mostly be earth bound spirit. This spirit are either attached to a person, place or thing. Or it’s someone who has passed and doesn’t realize it. These spirits need help to cross over. They both might have a message to share and they will move on.

- Make sure your home is clean. You have cleaned your place with from top to bottom and you can use Rosemary essential oil to spray around after to help cleanse the energy
- Keep your place organized, put things away and keep the space clean. This will help with the flow of energy
- Have fresh flowers when you can and burn white candles
- Open up your windows 20 minutes per day to electrify the air. When air becomes stagnate this can hinder the flow of energy
- Play happy music when you can
- Cook and bake
- Do things fun in your place
- Take care of your place and maintain it
If you feel that you need to do a little extra work you can get a stick a sage and smudge every room. Smudging is when you burn sage and you waft the smoke on to the walls. Start facing north at the bottom left corner moving towards the top left and then like reading go from left to right. Going clock wise around the room.
