Thank you for booking your appointment for a Cybersecurity consultation. What you need to know before the appointment is:

1) Below is a questionnaire I will need you to fill out prior to our meeting to make sure you get the most value out of our session.

2) There are 3 options below for our one on one meeting. Please make sure you complete the questionnaire below.

3) We do advise that you have a way to take notes during our meeting. 

4) You can request a video recording of our meeting if we meet over Skype or Google Hangout.

We have a strict cancellation policy:

1) Once you have scheduled your appointment you can cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. 24 hour or less prior to your appointment we have a no refund cancellation policy.

2) If you do cancel prior to the 24 hour cancellation policy you will receive your refund minus any PayPal fee’s if applicable. 

3) If you would like to meet in person please contact me on the form at the bottom of https://www.knssconsulting.com stating you would like to meet in person for a one on one Cybersecurity Consultation. There will be additional fees to meet in person travel fees and additional costs will apply.

4) Video calls can be recorded at your request, but we are only providing Cybersecurity recommendations through our one on one consultations and can not be held liable for any attacks, breaches and/or compromises.
